Question 1

How does the trial work on subscription plans?

Accepted Answer

When you create an account and pick a subscription plan, you get a free trial. On Starter, the trial includes 5 images (each with up to 5 effects) and 5 property descriptions. On Pro and Premium, besides the 5 images and 5 descriptions, you also try 2 videos and 2 virtual tours. The trial lasts up to 7 days or until you use all of those credits, whichever comes first. You can cancel anytime during the trial if you are not satisfied. If you do not cancel, the subscription is activated automatically at the end of the 7 days. The exact terms are shown at signup before you confirm.

Question 2

Which subscription plan should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Starter is for those who need professional photos and property descriptions. Pro and Premium also include AI videos, virtual tours and results analytics. Premium has more credits than Pro, priority support and personalized onboarding.

Question 3

What are plan credits?

Accepted Answer

Each plan unlocks a monthly amount of images, AI videos and virtual tours, and each image credit covers up to 5 AI effects on the same photo. These credits renew every month. Property descriptions never consume credits: they are unlimited on every plan.

Question 4

What's the difference between the monthly and annual plans?

Accepted Answer

On the annual plan you get 1 month free and the free trial comes with more credits. Credits still renew every month, just like on the monthly plan.

Question 5

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing and downgrades start on the next cycle, all inside the platform.

Question 6

Is there a lock-in period or cancellation fee?

Accepted Answer

No. You can cancel anytime from the platform and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Question 7

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit card, processed by Stripe. Billing can be in Brazilian reais, euros or US dollars: you pick the currency before subscribing.

Question 8

Do I pay anything beyond the plan?

Accepted Answer

No. The plan covers the tools and your monthly credits. Extra credits are optional, only for months when you need more volume.

Question 9

Does posting to Instagram cost anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Connecting Instagram, posting, scheduling and generating the caption with AI are included in every plan and don't use credits.

Question 10

How does the Enterprise plan work?

Accepted Answer

It's the plan for agencies, starting at 3 agents. Each agent gets their own access, and the team shares a balance of image, video and virtual tour credits that grows with the number of agents. Property descriptions are unlimited and the agency gets a single invoice.

Question 11

How many agents can I add?

Accepted Answer

The plan starts at 3 agents and you choose how many you need when you sign up. Each extra agent adds credits to the agency's balance. To change the number later, talk to our support team.

Question 12

How are credits split among agents?

Accepted Answer

The admin splits them evenly or based on each agent's usage and can add or remove credits from anyone at any time. Credits taken from an agent go back to the agency's balance.

Question 13

Can I track each agent's usage?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The dashboard shows the usage statement with a filter per agent and a ranking with the images, videos and virtual tours each one created in the period.

Question 14

What happens when an agent leaves the team?

Accepted Answer

You can pause their access: unused credits go back to the agency and the account and materials are kept. If you remove the agent instead, their account and materials are deleted, credits go back to the agency and the usage statement stays on record.

Question 15

What's the difference between monthly and semiannual billing?

Accepted Answer

With semiannual billing you save 10% and are charged every 6 months. With monthly billing, you are charged every month.

Question 16

Can I pause the subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Enterprise plan can be paused once, for up to 90 days, with no charge. The subscription resumes on its own when the pause ends, and the team has no access during that time.

Question 17

Do I need a CNPJ to subscribe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Enterprise plan is for companies and requires a valid CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) at signup.

Question 18

How does onboarding work on the Enterprise plan?

Accepted Answer

Onboarding is scheduled right after you subscribe. The goal is to help the agency roll out Imovely as fast as possible across the whole team of agents: we walk through how each feature works, a step-by-step guide to using them, and strategies to get the most out of Imovely day to day.

Question 19

Can I change or cancel the plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enterprise plan changes and cancellation are handled with our support team, with no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.

Question 20

How do additional credits work?

Accepted Answer

They are one-time purchases with no subscription, valid for 12 months from purchase. Use them on images, videos and virtual tours whenever you want.

Question 21

How many credits does each image, video and virtual tour use?

Accepted Answer

Each image uses 1 credit and can have up to 5 AI effects. Each video uses 1 credit, plus 1 for an AI style and 1 more per photo with a premium AI effect. Each virtual tour uses 2 credits.

Question 22

Do I need a plan to buy credits?

Accepted Answer

No. Anyone can buy and use additional credits with no subscription. Only AI property descriptions and the free trial are exclusive to subscription plans.

Question 23

Do subscribers pay less for credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Subscribers pay less for every pack. The prices shown here are for buying without a subscription.

Question 24

How long does a virtual tour made with credits stay online?

Accepted Answer

180 days from creation. While you have an active plan, that time doesn't count down. We email you 7 days and 1 day before the virtual tour goes offline, and you can reactivate it for another 180 days with 1 credit.

Question 25

Can my agency team use additional credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Enterprise plan, purchased credits go into the agency's balance and the admin distributes them to agents.

Question 26

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit card, processed by Stripe. Billing can be in Brazilian reais, euros or US dollars: you pick the currency before buying.

Question 27

Does posting to Instagram use credits?

Accepted Answer
