How does the trial work on individual plans?

When you create an account and pick an individual plan, you get a free trial. On Starter, the trial includes 5 images (each with up to 5 effects) and 5 property descriptions. On Pro and Premium, besides the 5 images and 5 descriptions, you also try 2 videos and 2 virtual tours. The trial lasts up to 30 days or until you use all of those credits, whichever comes first. You can cancel anytime during the trial if you are not satisfied. If you do not cancel, the subscription is activated automatically at the end of the 30 days. The exact terms are shown at signup before you confirm.

What are plan credits?

Each plan unlocks a monthly amount of images, AI videos and virtual tours. These credits renew every month. Property descriptions never consume credits: they are unlimited on every plan.

How do extra credits work?

Accepted Answer

They are one-time purchases with no subscription, valid for 12 months. Each image uses 1 credit (with up to 5 effects). Each video uses 1 credit, with 1 extra credit per AI video, and each virtual tour uses 2 credits. One-time credits do not include AI property descriptions, which are exclusive to subscription plans.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. On individual plans upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing and downgrades start on the next cycle, all inside the platform. Enterprise plan changes are handled with our support team.

Is there a lock-in period or cancellation fee?

There is no lock-in or cancellation fee. On individual plans you can cancel anytime from the platform and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. On the Enterprise plan, cancellation is handled with our support team.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit card, processed by Stripe. Billing can be in Brazilian reais, euros or US dollars: you pick the currency before subscribing.

How does the Enterprise plan work?

It is the plan for agencies, starting at 3 agents. The team shares a credit pool that the admin distributes based on each agent's demand, with unlimited descriptions and a single invoice for the agency.

Onboarding is scheduled right after you subscribe. The goal is to help the agency roll out Imovely as fast as possible across the whole team of agents: we walk through how each feature works, a step-by-step guide to using them, and strategies to get the most out of Imovely day to day.

Do I pay anything beyond the plan?

Accepted Answer

No. The plan covers the tools and your monthly credits. Extra credits are optional, only for months when you need more volume.
